What is the return policy for Twist of Fate? TOP
I will accept returns on items in new condition, within 30 days for store credit.
Items which qualified for free shipping but are returned will have the original cost of shipping subtracted from the return.
Returns will not be accepted for clearance product, skeined yarn wound into balls, damaged yarn, fibre or equipment, or anything smelling of cigarettes, incense or perfumes.
What payment types do you accept? TOP
We accept Visa, Matercard, Cheques, Money Orders and Paypal. If paying by Cheque or money order your purchase will be shipped once the payment has cleared. All payments should be made in Canadian dollars, please.
I want to buy a gift certificate. How are these delivered? TOP
When you purchase a gift certificate for Twist of Fate Yarns your recipient will receive a voucher in your gift certificate amount at the email address you provide.
